24hr Prayer - station 5

posted on 19 March 2010 | posted in Prayer  | ( 1 ) Comments

24hr prayer 5I will make rivers flow on barren heights and springs within the valleys.
I will turn the desert into pools of water and the parched ground into springs.
The desert and parched land will be glad, the wilderness will rejoice and blossom.
Like a rose it will burst into bloom and shout for joy.
For this is what the Lord says:
I will extend peace to her like a river and the wealth of nations like a flooding stream
Isaiah 41:18; 35:1; 66:12

As you have been refreshed and fill with the power life giving Holy Spirit think where the river of life flowing from you will flow.

Whose barren life does God want you to refresh with his love, peace and joy.
  • Pray for anyone you know who is going through a difficult time
  • Pray for anyone you know who needs peace in their life.
  • Pray for those you know who are dried up, thirsty and need 'the water of life'.
  • Ask God to draw them to Himself so they can experience this new life.

Watch then come!
They`ll come weeping for joy as I take their hands and lead them.
I will lead them to fresh flowing brooksand along smooth uncluttered paths.
I will keep a careful eye on them like a shepherd with his flock.
I, God, paid a stiff ransome price for them.

Oh Father we call out to you to bring back the lost thoses who have never called upon you before and those who have sliped away bring them all back that that may find peace and joy in you.
