Good Friday

On Good Friday Longton Community Church went out into the town of Longton in Stoke on Trent to let people know that Jesus died for them. We had cross and a number of people were tied to it with a sign saying 'He died for me." Many people stopped, looked and asked questions. Other members of the church who were giving out invitations to "see, hear, feel, touch the Easter story" at the church later that day. One person who had taken a turn on the cross said it was amazing seeing the faces of people as they came around the corner and saw him on the cross.
