Praying for Our City
On Weds 25 June, the Chief Executive of Stoke on Trent City Council, Steve Robinson, was a guest at the city-wide 2C7 united prayer gathering. When asked for his personal prayer requests for the city over the next 12-18 months he listed the following:- New bus station in the city centre
- 1,000 newly created jobs with in the next 12 months
- A major national company coming to Stoke on Trent
- Improved council working and effectiveness
- Port Vale to be promoted and Stoke City not to be relegated
